Dangerous product.

Them story my history, has been buying the product in December 2008, by lack of time does not use much, until for days back.
Connect the reproducer suddenly and it gave problems changes me of computer and surprise minutes later my portable computer was damaged, I diagnose the reproducer sent on loads to the equipment which damage my computer, to that to protest if all this passage in Costa Rica, my advice is do not take the risk of buying this product, I as for me will inform to all the people of which I happen to me.
pro ebiz 16gb
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
After much reviewing I decided to try this player. I was looking for a large gb player to download books from the library. I also wanted a cool touchscreen without the large price tag. I received this player today and am satisfied with it. I does feel kind of cheap. The case is plastic. The instruction manual is hard to follow. It does everything it is supposed to do, and I can easily download the books with no problems!! My main complaint, and the reason I gave it only 4 stars, is that the touchscreen is not very sensitive and sometimes you really need to tap quite hard to get it to work. My finger works better, but then you have to deal with fingerprints. All in all it is a good buy. So far I’m glad I bought it.
Based on the price, it’s atleast a 4-star!!
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
Please keep in mind that this review is based on price vs. quality. If this product was over $150 it would get a half a star.
Well, let’s start from the beginning. It did take longer than I had expected to get the Pro eBiz multimedia player in the mail, about 10-12 days. When I finally got it, I opened the package and was surprised by how small it was and how cheap it felt, almost like a toy for little kids. It came with a pair of $2 headphones, an 8-inch USB cord to plug into your computer, a charger, and a silicone protector, which does makes it look more sophisticated. The silicone protector is the only good accessory that comes with it.
However, with a little help from my father, who’s very good with computers, we were easily able to load mp3 files onto the thing. Evidently, computers recognize this thing as a storage disk, not an mp3 player, probably because it does not have its owns software such as itunes. Anyway, there is a way to put your itunes music on it. First go to my computer, then click on your eBiz multimedia player, (should be under “G” drive or “E” drive, it will be labeled as “storage device” or “Storage disk”) Next go to itunes and click on a song you like, but don’t double click. Then go to “file” and click on “find in windows explorer”. This will find the mp3 without using itunes. Now, you can simply drag from windows explorer into the “storage device” (which is the mp3 player). You can also try searching for songs and then dragging and dropping.
Videos: .avi worked for me, I did not try anything else. There is no way that I know to use itunes movies or tv shows, they are in MPEG format I believe. What I did is simply download “.avi” format movies from Limewire, then drag and drop them into the “storage device”. The screen is very clear for watching video, I think it really is an LCD screen, but I can’t say for sure. I would say that the quality of the screen is the best part about the eBiz multimedia player. Despite other reviews on here, I would also say that the “touch” part of the screen (touching the screen) works pretty good. Anyway, my only complaint about watching videos is that sometimes green colors will come up on the screen while you’re watching a movie. This could just be a problem with the movie and not the player, I’m not sure.
Keep in mind though, you cannot create playlists with this chinese mp3 player. You also cannot “bookmark” where you are browsing throughout your songs, which is an annoying problem. Apparantly the chinese creators did not notice these problems.
Overall, the player deserves 4 stars at the price of $75. If they took out the useless “game” application, the useless “ebook” application, and the useless “record” feature, and made the important features better, this might even be a 5 star.
Also, the instruction manual appears to be written by an 8-year old chinese person with down syndrome. Try looking up online manuals, although I can’t seem to find any. Finally, the worst part about the mp3 player is that there does not seem to be any way to switch from “wide screen” to “tall screen”. This took out a quarter star from my evaluation instantly.
However, if you are just looking for good quality video and sound, then this is a really nice mp3/video player for $75.
Poor quality and service

My son purchased this item, and within the 90 day warranty period the battery failed (5 minute max charge) the external speaker quit working, and it does not play mp4 or mp5 files. I have attempted to contact customer service, but they do not respond. Do not buy!
Not Bad !!
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
Not Bad for the price !!
I was a bit worried buying this kind of knockoff product
but am pretty surprised how well it performs “So Far”
Bought it for my daughter and she is very happy with it.
It’s simple to use and the music is also very easy to upload to
the device.
It is a bit flimsy. The Plastic surround is cheap and light weight

so make sure not to drop it
Would buy a heavy duty protective cover for it, just for extra
protection.
Hope you find the right product for you !

PE 16 gb 3″ TFT touch screen mp3
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I had originally ordered the 8gb PE player, and then heard about the 16gb. I decided to purchase this one, too. First off, I do not own an Ipod of any kind, I have had a Sansa 4gb, a really old mp3 1gb player and now these two. Second off, I got the 16gb to have the larger screen and the 16gb integrated memory, instead of the 8gb plus a memory card of varying sizes. I got the boxed 16gb player, and was very happy with the size. It immediately turned on and had enough charge to begin loading up my stuff. It is plug and play from Vista, I also tested on my work XP machine, no problems. I have about 2gbs of music, mp3s, and 10 movies, so far. I also love the ebook feature, I have taken books from various web sites, converted them to .txt files, downloaded to the PE, and read them.
The touch screen is very responsive, it does come with a telescoping stylus that I use sometimes, the only issue with this is…there’s no where to store it. The menu structure is different from the 8gb PE, I like this one better.
I had to use a video converter to view the movies, and that’s ok, because it reduces the size of the movie. The video is crisp and clear, and I am very happy with the small speaker on the back, much needed add on from the 8gb. I have a lot of technical background, but I don’t feel that you need to be technical to use this player. Battery life is good, I haven’t drained it yet, but am able to watch a full length movie, and have a good charge left for music.
The web site for the company is good, not flashy which is fine with me, enough information for assistance, tech support responded very quickly to a question I had, I think it was within 24 hours, and corrected my issue.
I give this player an A+. I wanted a handheld portable video player for movies, for a low cost, and got what I wanted.
I’TS GREATT!

Lets start by saying that these people have the best support ever, you send them a message they will reply in hours anyways this was my first time shopping from Pro Ebiz LLC for an MP4 thought i’d save some money, okay so i’ve got my first mp4 player shiped to me ( the shipping is fast too ) but the problem was that it stoped working after 3 weeks and it wasnt charging right from the biggining even when it worked, when the thing stopped i opened the mp4 player to check whats going on with it, the bettery looked like it’s been bitten by a dog or something i really thought i made a mistake shopping from Pro Ebiz till ive send them a message telling everything that happed and first they told me that they have to check with the factory to see if they will cover half of it but i guess they did not so Pro Ebiz asked me to send back the none woking mp4 player and i did mail it back to them and guess what they’ve send me a new one in a BOX and all i asked them to do was to fix the other one but these guys are nice!! some other ones dont really give a crap after you had it for 1 month and didnt tell them its not working right but these people did care about it! and oh yea and i got it mailed to me in 4 days!!! THANKS TO PRO EBIZ FOR DOING THIS FOR ME, YOU GUYS ARE GREAT AND I HOPE THIS NEW MP4 WORKS GRREAT!!!
nice design, quality not stable
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
First, the seller was a different one (myoutlet21) when I bought it on Oct 22. And I noticed a price increase. However, the link is here so I put my review here.
my gadget has 16G, can play avi, but almost nothing else. the flv, wmv and mp4 are all recognized but “format error”. another problem is the usb end is misaligned so I almost broke the usb wire to make the connection. also, the box and manual all said it is a mp4 instead of mp5. I am not sure what is the reason so emailed the seller. He was pretty sure about the item but had no idea why the non-recognize happened.
I was sad about this purchase almost right away. However, the customer service is fast and reasonable. They gave me partial refund so that i get a reasonable price for a 16G flash drive, maybe Mp4 player.
Whatever, I will say good luck.
—————add more———-
I played more on this. add more:
1. You have to use touch screen for full function. but it is not convenient to use stylus all the time, especially on such a small screen when walking. if the button can do more, that will be better.
2. the txt reader program is not well designed. If I use the button, I can only turn one line. I have to use the stylus to turn one page.
3. if i hit “page down” wrong (trust me, this happened all the time, even with stylus), txt reader will close. And when I return back, the reader just shows the first page. No way I can remember which page I was and jump back to that page. Yes, you can set a page mark to remember the position, but this is about out of program by mistake. If it can remember the previous position, it will be better.
4. when using video player, you can fast forward. but the screen turns green after that. so, you will have to close and re-open it.
Best Christmas Gift Ever
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I received this a Christmas gift, and I LOVE it! the flv video files I have added play great! There is so much room on it and a slot to use too put even more room if you need it. I use the memory card slot to add my favorite photos on it! There are so many fun features to this and will be be great to take on road trips or appointments you may have to sit around and wait a while at! I also have added many songs to mine as well. If only I could figure out how to add different games to it, the only game on mine is okay but gets boring quickly and there are only a few levels! But Satisfied with this completely and would recommend to others (or should say have done so already)!!
Very Cheap!

This item was not as I expected, I have sent this back I hope that I will get my money back.
Great Customer Service
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I have purchased an 8gb and an 16gb MP3/MP4/Mp5 player. I have to say that Pro_Eb (PE) is the absolute best at customer service. Believe me when I say that I tasked them in the area of customer service and they excelled!!! The player is great! You can load songs and videos by drag and drop in your document window. I suggest buying a clear acrylic case to protect your player from accidents! Player comes with Stylus, charger, software, earbuds, and rubber protective cover.
I’ll say again, Pro_eb has the absolute best customer service that I have ever experienced, bar none!! Don’t be afraid to buy from these people, because they will absolutely do everything humanly possible to satisfy you!
Don’t Waste Your Money
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
The price is low for a reason – this is a supposedly feature rich player – but actual use results in a VERY POOR SCREEN RESPONSE TO INPUT. The software / function response is slow, slow, slow, slow……..
The features are there, but the implementation is poor.
The battery charger came defective. I was sent a replacement defective one. Then received one that worked. They are trying.
The FM did not work at all.
Nice cheap player
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
This seems like a solid unit, a little light, but that means when you drop it, it won’t smack into the ground like a brick, too.
The sound is excellent and it is loud. I have a slight hearing problem, so my concern is audio volume – no problem here, I’m playing it at level 17 and it goes up to 32.
The video is very clear. I won’t go into the whole conversion thing. I mastered conversion a long time ago – I had the RCA Lyra Video thing. THAT was a nightmare.
I could use a couple more games – there’s only one and it’s pretty lame. I could use a freecell game. Something that suits this better than “snake” or whatever it’s called.
The FM radio is awesome. I live in Chicago, so FM is generally good, but the reception and sound is exceptional. Better than my old Marantz tuner.
The only problem I have had so far is with songs playing out of order. The order is ALMOST right, but there’s one track on every album that’s out of order. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to fix that?
Overall, how can you go wrong? I’ve owned just about every brand of MP3 player, from the original RIO, to the Intel MP3 player (remember that one?) to RCA, SanDisk, Dell, a few Chinese players, 2 iPods, and all kinds of Walkman products. I listen to these a lot. This player’s sound is as good as any of them, and better than most.
They claim that this feels cheaper than the iPod, but the first time I dropped my iPod, it broke. And that wheel on the iPod never felt all that “solid” to me, either.
I’m waiting for the next generation. Bigger flash drive (128 GB would be GREAT!!) and a little better touchscreen (there’s nothing wrong with this touchscreen, though you do have to touch several times occasionally) is all I ask for the next one.
This is very close to 5 stars. If the songs were in order (and I’m sure I’ll be able to correct that soon) it would be 5 stars. Well designed, well put together, GREAT price.
Great little device
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
Dokeusentia’s review of this player was EXTREMELY helpful.
The device is delicate, yet it feels sturdy if you take care of it.
I have had it only a day or so and it’s a present for my dad for Christmas.
The player does NOT play MP4’s. It didn’t play the AVI that I put on it so I had to look for a conversion software and I turned it in to an RM.
Tech support is OUTSTANDING. Within a couple hours I had a response on email.
If you are not tech savvy I would not recommend it. My dad isn’t tech savvy at all, he doesn’t even own a computer, the menu system is plenty simple and I will support him fully, so this is a good intermediate storage solution. He accesses his favorite pictures and funny emails through my computer, now I loaded them on this device so he can take them everywhere.
Some pictures and videos have to be sized to work, if you have an error it isn’t a stop sign…you just have to keep looking for a way. I found that resizing pictures that didn’t work, made them work.
The fm player needs an antennae (headphones).
Otherwise, I’ve got no complaint! I’ve been sitting here about five hours and have loaded everything I can think of that my dad would like and can’t wait to give it to him for Christmas.
I Was Looking For Good Sound
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
Pro Ebiz NEW 16gb 3″ TFT Touchscreen Mp3 / Mp4 / Mp5 Player (Plays Avi/rm/rmvb/flv Without Conversion) This is a great product. I was mainly looking for a new MP3 after mine failed and opted for the Pro Ebiz 16gb 3″ Touchscreen. Not only I now have a fantastic MP3 which gives me an excellent sound, but I also have an MP4, MP5 where I can view my photographs and clearly see the home made videos of the family. There is also a stereo FM radio that I can listen to with the included speaker in addition to earphones. I find the Pro Ebiz very user friendly and the touchscreen makes things even easier. A great product that has satisfied me and that will satisfied many other customers that, like me, do not only believe in big brand names.
Good customer service but product lacking
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
I was looking for a higher-capacity MP3 player (I still had a 256 MB) but wanted to play video too. So I saw this one and couldn’t pass up the price and 16 GB capacity, so I took the risk.
Customer service was good, I emailed the supplier Myoutlet21 and they gave me the order status and the USPS tracking number.
I was originally very disappointed with this product. I messed with it for hours trying to get it to recognize an avi file, which another reviewer said works best. I was almost ready to send it back when I experimented with other file types. The product is advertised as being able to handle avi, rm, rmvb, and flv files. However, mine does not play avi files, but plays rm and flv files. I did not check rmvb files since I have no conversion tool for this.
For audio, the product has no problems with mp3 and wma files. These were the only two audio file formats I checked.
When playing rm files, the video is very choppy so that the sound is out of sync with the picture. Perhaps the product needs more memory or processing power. After experimentation I noticed that flv files are only about 25% the size of rm files. The smaller file size of flv plays OK on the product. There is a good free online conversion tool to create flv files at http://www.zamzar.com.
The earbuds that came with it are junk, so I use my old ones.
The battery capacity appears to be very short. There is no way it could play video for five hours as advertised. Hopefully this is just because the battery is new, and hopefully it will improve with use.
I checked out the FM radio tuner on the product and it works OK.
Overall, customer service was good but the product is lacking.
Works two times… Good support.
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
Nice features Mp4/ but I charged it one day, and the next day I had problems turning it on (I believe on switch is not working). For my disappointment, it only works when connected to AC. Flv files transfered from my computer are not working (only specific small video sizes)..
Support was really fast.

Pro Ebiz NEW 16gb 3″ TFT Touchscreen – Good bang for the buck
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I owned this product for just over a month now and I’m very pleased and happy. For the price and the features, It’s a good bang for the buck. The audio quality is very good. The songs can be displayed with ID3 form. I love the built in speaker and sound quality is good through speakers. It’s plays almost all video format that I tested. Some of the video files gave file conversion error. To fix that use the free software suggested in their website.
[...]
Explore the “downloads and supports” option in their website. It’s has lot of information on photo, audio and video conversion tools. The youtube downloads worked great for me with out any conversion. The photos took few seconds more to load due to big size. Use the free software in their website link to trim the photos if you want, so that it can load fast.
Over all I’m happy and pleased. It works as advertised. Certainly will recommend to my friends.
ITS BANANAS FOR THE PRICE, IF YOUR NOT GOOD WITH ELECTRONIX LEAVE IT ALONE
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
GOOD PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE, IF YOUR NOT GOOD WITH ELECTRONIX LEAVE IT ALONE. i WILL SAY THIS DUE TO THE WAY THE REVIEWS WERE GOING I WASN’T GOING TO GET IT, BUT, I AM VERY HARD HEADED. WHEN IT CAME IN I WAS VERY HAPPY BECAUSE IT ONLY TOOK A FEW DAYS. NOW THE PLAYER ITSELF IS VERY LIGHT IN WEIGHT AND THAT SURPRISED ME, BECAUSE ANY OF IT’S COMPETITORS WEIGH AS MUCH AS A HUMAN FOOT. TURNING IT ON IT HAD A FULL BATTERY SO I JUST IMMEDIATELY START PUTTING STUFF ON IT. BUT FIRST I HAD CATEGORIZE IT. WASN’T HARD AT ALL JUST MAKE 3 NEW FOLDERS AS FOLLOWS: VIDEO,PHOTOS,MUSIC, AND YOUR DONE JUST START ADDING STUFF. NOW THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THAT THE GAMES SUCK BUT HEY THATS WHY I HAVE A PSP FOR, OH AND SOMETIMES WHEN I START A MOVIE IT CUTS OFF SOME TIMES, BUT YOU JUST TURN IT BACK ON. THE ONLY VIDEO THAT WOULD NOT TRANFER WAS RMVB FILES EVERY THING ELSE DID TRANFER WITH EASE. SOUND IS GREAT BUT I DONT USE THE HEADPHONES THAT CAME WITH IT, OUTSIDE SPEAKER IS AWESOME ITS LOUD. YOU BARELY TOUCH THE SCREEN AND IT MOVES VERY IN SYNC WITH YOUR FINGER OR STYLUS. I’LL SAY THIS FOR SOME PRODUCTS LIKE THIS THERE ARE SOME BAD APPLES BUT THIS ONE I HAVE IS FULL OF AWESOMENESS. IF YOUR NOT INTO THE TECHNICAL SIDE OF GADGETS YOU’LL GET FRUSTRATED, THINKING THAT IT WILL WORK LIKE AN IPOD TOUCH OR SOMETHING. ITS NOT AN IPOD ITS TONS CHEAPER AND SUPERKEWL FOR THE PRICE, I CAN USE THE EXTRA $145 TO DO ANYTHING WITH, SO PEOPLE OUT THERE AGAIN ITS NOT AND IPOD ITS GENERIC BUT IT DOES THE JOB NICELY. ALL IN ALL A GREAT PRODUCT BETTER THAN ALOT OF MP3/MP4 PLAYERS OUT THERE SO BUY IT AND SEE WHAT YOU THINK. AGAIN IT IS NOT AN IPOD TOUCH JUST ITS CLOSE NEIGHBOR FROM ACROSS THE STREET .
Neat
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
Bought two from the seller. One 8GB with camera and this one 16GB without camera. I thought they were in the same size. But, this one seems slimmer. The screen is slightly bigger but the device is a lot lighter. I dropped it a couple of times and did not break it, which is good. The interface is slightly better than the 8GB one. I wish the battery life can be a little longer for video playback. overall, it is a good buy.
Pretty satisfied, new user of the product
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
Well, this happens to be the third mp3 player I’ve had over the last couple of years.
I’ve only had this player a week, and I am quite satisfied with it. I’ve had a couple of issues with the accessories (the charger for one, it jammed when I tried to pluy it in). Also I had an issue with the headphone – the supplied headphone inadvertently got broken (the cover over the volume control on the headphone – then later the wire broke off.) But Pro Ebiz LLC has assured me they will ship replacement parts to me at no cost, and to me (having worked in customer service) this is a very good sign.
For the price, this player is very nice. I am a linux user, and it works just fine as a “disk” where I can just drag and drop files to. Sometimes, the songs are placed out of order when whole albums are copied at once to the device, but this is not nearly as bad as my prior player (Ivosound M620). This could of course be a software issue.
I’ve had some trouble playing some AVI files. Some play fine, others display file format error early on in the playback. But this could be a sync issue. One thing to be careful about is to make sure all the files get copied over completely before you disconnect the device. It seems that copying is slower with this unit than it was with the other mp3 players, but that is just a gut feeling. Linux tools assure me that it is a USB 2.0 device (USB 1.1 is slow and obsolete.) I will have to spend more time with the video playback & transfer feature. I have yet to try other video formats besides AVI (mp4) – for instance WMV (I have a few of those).
I was very pleasantly surprised to find that this player supports Ogg Vorbis. (Ogg is a freely available toolkit/codec that is totally unencumbered (no patents etc., and it is very nice to see that more and more players support this out of the box. On the other hand, this support is not documented; it simply needs to be tried.
Better recognition of the device as an audio/mp3 player would be of course welcome, but that’s likely a configuration issue. I didn’t have as much trouble with my prior player synchronizing with Banshee, for instance. But that’s kind of minor, and I can just as easily use native tools to do the shuffling around for now.
doesnt turn on

i have had it for two weeks. it worked excellent. playing all video formats and everything.but one morning i went to turn it on but it could not.up now it’s like a week without playing it.first the computer could tell me it was corrupt.i formatted it but still there is nothing on the screen. even it doesnt turn on though the computer reads it.

Rating:3 out of 5 stars
When i saw this product I had my doubts on it due to the review of the shipper and people haveing dead one. Unfortunatelly my came just fine..It play all mp3,wma and music files i throw at it. the video files are picky. afv.avi, mpg, wmv played at the corrected screen size if you have the right software to convert the files. touch screen is tricky but remember this is not made for chubby finger people thats why the stylist is there. Remember to double tap to make it work. Wished it had more games or updates for it like a calendar, calculator, games and able to write notes on it. havent recorded from the radio yet but voice recoded came out fine as long you stand still and not walk around with it. i purchased 3 mini sd card 4,8, and 16 gb card they all worked on these so now instead of a 18gb player in now have a 36 gb with the card. video quality are fine as long you know what you doing, wished they were more hard case covers for this kind of player I will nave make a trip to the shak or bestbuy to find a case that will do the job for this and able to put all the accessories it came with. aka “pen”. but so far I’m happy with it. will post later.
I-touch like media player
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I wasn’t expecting alot from this player, and was pleasantly surprised once I received it.
The player comes in a nicely packaged box that contains the player, a poorly written operations manual, a rubber/silicone protective cover for the player, a touch stylus pen, ear buds, a 2 ft long USB cable and a electrical wall outlet charger.
The player does have the listed 16gb of memory. It has played all the music files I’ve thrown at it, with only 1 small glitch of recognizing the artist Def Leppard as Spanish Castle Magic (It was in alphabetic order under artist name, in the D’s, but had the Spanish mess-up name shown)??? I’ll have to check the ID3 Tag’s for them.
The sample music track that comes with player has lyrics that scroll across the display in time with the music. I have no idea how to set that up with any of my music, but thought it was pretty cool. This is something that I may have to check into some day.
The sound quality is pretty good. The player’s default setting has the highs alittle too high and almost no lows to hear. There are several pre-programmed EQ setting that can be used to change the sound output. There is also a manual 5 band EQ if you don’t like any of the pre-program settings. I personally turned the Lower freq’s all the way up and lowered the Highs slightly. With this adjustment, using either my Bose headphones or Philips ear buds, the player sounds really pretty good.
The LED touch screen looks good and bright. The touch sensitivity is hit and miss at times… The stylus seems to work best with the screen and making selections, but the stylus has no storage dock/place on the player. Am I suppose to carry it around in my pocket?? That’s not going to go well. I finally placed it along the side of the player, between the protective rubber skin and the player; It’s not a great choice, but better than in my pocket.
I worry about the battery life of the player. Even fully charged (Per the charging screen that is displayed while plugged into an electrical outlet), which took ~3 hrs to fully charge the first time, it never showed a full battery on the display meter while playing your first music or movie selection. After ~2 hrs of music playing, with alot of the LED display active during this period, the internal battery meter now shows 1/3 battery remaining. In my opinion so far, its OK, but not great.
The player comes with a couple of sample videos, that really shows off the 3 inch screen well. The voices in these videos matched the characters mouth movements, so no problem of delayed sound was observed here as in other owner’s reviews. I still have not loaded any of my videos. The samples videos are listed as .RM files. I’ve never seen this format before, nor have I checked any of my video converts for this format. I am also not sure what the optimum pixel size should be for videos on this player, due to the poorly written manual. But I hope and believe that I’ll be able to find something that will work as well as the sample videos.
The player comes with a sample game. I have no idea how to play it and the instructs do not explain anything about it. I tried playing it once and it locked up the player. I had to hold the power button for ~5 seconds to re-boot the player. I think I’ll just stay away from the games on this device.
The Text/book portion is OK. It’s not great, its not bad. It just is. Being able to rotate the display screen and enlarge the type font would be nice. I’m not sure if that’s possible or not.. something else for me to explore in my free time.
All in all, this player is well worth the money and costs alot less than other name brand players out on the market. For me, the cost completely beats any slight quality issues.
An Affordable Touch Screen Media Player!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
After reading extensive reviews about the 16G 3″ 16:9 TFT TouchScreen MP5 Player and similar IPod clones offered on Amazon.com, I decided to take a risk and order one.
While waiting for the player to arrive, I received a detailed e-mail from PE with links to the Pro EB online storefront that included helpful user manuals and online videos for my Touch media player
The TouchScreen Player arrived a few days later via USPS, bundled with:
USB cable
Electrical Outlet / USB attachment to recharge.
Telescoping aluminum wand.
Headphones with in-line volume adjustment knob.
Silicone protector.
Printed instruction manual.
Initial battery charge time took approximately 4.5 hours with later charges being around 2 hours.
While recharging, a 3-D animation of a battery filling up with metal rings plays on the screen. Once complete, the animation stops with an image of a full battery. Kinda neat
The printed manual was a hard read as the English translation is rather rough.
The online guide is worlds apart from the manual; vastly expanded and as an added plus for me, it included tons of pictures and screenshots.
After using the Touch Player for a while, I did notice a few things:
* Audio: Appears to handle almost any audio format thrown at it.
* Video: AVI files appear to work best(uncompressed), followed by WMA and Real Player.
* MP4 files are a definite hit or miss with even the online guide admitting that MP4 playback on this player is not so hot.
A link to a free MP4 to AVI converter is included in the online guide and it makes file conversions a breeze.
Also:

* The Touch Player is indeed 16 Gigs. The purchase form states it in writing and the memory meter accessed via the “settings” icon on the player itself also states it with a handy “memory used” reading.
* This player accepts up to 4GB MICRO SD cards for memory expansion. Micro SDHC cards are not compatible.
* The player can recharge via USB when connected to the computer, simply click the “safely remove hardware” icon at the bottom of your computer screen if using Windows.
* The wand is OK but almost all of the navigation can be done with a nimble finger or the silver side buttons without issue.
* SLOW DOWN. Fast double clicks result in a non-response. “Click, pause, click” works best.
* In the case if no response for buttons around the edge of the screen, the touch area can be adjusted via the “settings” icon.
* The bundled USB cable is very short, almost unusable if your computer tower sits under the desk. I tried a USB cable left over from a digital camera that’s 6ft long and it works perfectly.
* If ID3 information is included with the mp3, this player can automatically categorize your music by artist, album and genre if you select the Music icon followed by “Media Lab Update”. Also very neat!
* Be careful. The player is a tad delicate and very light. The bundled silicone protector is a godsend and will guard against knocks and bumps.
* For those familiar with mp4 player modifications, This player is powered by the RK2706 chip or “Rockchip 2706″ that offers the ability to modify and change the player’s look, layout and select features.
After loading 100 + songs and 5 Movies on the player and using it all week, I am extremely impressed.
Several of my co-workers are taking advantage of this very affordable player and ordering them as presents. I took their lead and ordered a second one as a gift myself!
:: UPDATE ::
It’s been approximately 6 months and the 2nd player I bought as a gift I wound up keeping! One player for me to use during the day and one I keep in my car.
Battery charge time has reduced to approximately 1.5 hours with an average battery life of around 3.5 hours, with the screen off, consistently.
I have not ran into the “File format error(s)” Listed in other reviews with video. It could be the fact that I only load uncompressed AVI files or DivX / XviD compressed formats on this player now, or I could just be lucky. Apologies to others who experienced a rough patch with video.
In the mean time, I also purchased the sleeker designed 2.8″ Nationite S:flo touch player from another vendor. While the S:flo offers animated screens, multi-touch capacity and a host of other bells and whistles, the ProEB touch player has proved to be the favorite. It has shown itself to be surprisingly durable, easy to operate, (after a bit of practice) and recognized on every computer I attached it to so far.
Something I can’t say for the fancier Nationite S:flo.
There is nothing new of a critical nature for me to say about this Touch Player other than what was already explored in the comments section.
Six months down the line and I am still quite happy with the PE Touch Player.
Disregard my last review, I found out how to convert my video files, and this device plays great!
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
Hello, you all! When I first got this device, I left a pretty bad review for the product on here, but after using the conversion software to convert my AVI and MPEG files this machine has been working great. The videos play very clear and Music is very loud when using my headphones.
If you are looking for something simple that plays music and video files, then this is definitely the product to get. The only problem I have is that it takes about 6 hours to get to a full charge. Like I said before, if anyone has any specific questions about this product you can contact me directly…jmw31_99@yahoo.com.

Product arrived early and mine was in a really nice package. This is good to know if you want to send as a gift. I charged it up and as soon as I could loaded up a 110 music items and 10 movies. Tried out all of the music and only one movie would not play. It had great sound and image. I considered a player that had a camera also but decided not to. I have plenty of camera options with all my other stuff and would rather use those to take pics. I tried out the personal recorder and was very clear sound condiering I had the mic away from me and spoke at a normal tone. I guess the biggest option that works o so good is copy and paste. The online manual is the best to look at and has allot of extras that you should take the time to read and download some of the items.
Great price and does everything it said it would so it is well worth buying.

Dear customers:
We are truly impressed and inspired by robust discussions here. Your discussions not only helped and are helping numerous new buyers make wise decisions, but also help us keep improving our products and services. And Dokusentia, you are just amazing. You knows the product better than any one of us in the office here. And you have been kindly spreading the good words about our products. We want to thank you for that.
For all our existing or future customers, please remember that we stand behind our products. Electronics will have defects and that will for sure happen to some of you (very limited number of you
Just to add a little bit more comments. We are a little bit concerned recently because there have been many vendors selling the similar products here. Please note, our product has PE logo on it with registered brand name. We are not sure if our product is much better than everybody else but we are pretty confident that our Quality Control process and extra investment on better quality parts and materials reduce the defective rate dramatically.
Products might all look the same from different vendors. But, they are indeed different. The firmware is different, the parts and material used are different and the service and supports are different. We have never tried the products from other vendors and we believe their products are of equally good quality. We can only speak for ourselves and we stand behind our products.
Please choose wisely when it comes to picking vendors and products. Thank you

I recently subscribed to an unlimited music download with my cell phone that allows me to use three additional device with the subscription. I could not use my I-Pod at this time so I thought I would purchase an MP3 player, my first one. I looked over the Amazon site for an hour before deciding on this product. It seemed like enough memory for me and I liked the features it offered.
First, when I received the device it was in a I-POD touch box, I thought they sent me the wrong device. I opened the box to find the correct product inside; weird that a NEW product would come in a different box??? Also, there were already finger prints on the device, again, not what I would call new. After just browsing through the menu for about five minutes the device froze on me and I had to reboot it, already. It froze three or four times in the next 15 minutes. Lastly, I tried to sync in with my computer and it would not recognize the device and when it finally did it said there were errors and the device may not work properly.
I thought that the price was a little cheap for a 16GB MP3 player, based on my research, but I thought I would try it anyways. I am going to purchase a much more expensive device at best buy that will work for me and will not make a purchase like this again. I have purchased a couple things off Amazon before without problems but this was not a good experience.
I don’t know how people were satisfied with this product, the touch screen was horrible.
I just hope I returned the item correctly and get my money back.
Thanks.
Great Player
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
First off let me say that because some of the reviews i was a bit skeptical about purchasing this product but im so glad i did it turned out to be the best player ive ever owned great video quality and the external speaker sounds great. the ease of the drag and drop is great its alot better than putting all your songs into a program like itunes and its great because media can be added off of any computer unlike ipods that haved to be synced with a certain library or you have to erase everything and start over. easily the best 80 dollars ive ever spent if your thinkink about buying something else dont this product is great and the 16gb memory is big enough for my music and several movies. if i could give a higher rating than 5 i would.
You get what you pay for
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
The Good:
Great memory for the money
Good battery life
Good play back quality
The Bad:
Impossible to see the screen in sunlight
Difficult to use and slow response touch system
Movies on LCD are only viewable at odd angle
Unable to bring it up on some computers
I bought this item about 3 weeks ago. I read the other reviews here and it made hesitate but in the end, I’m a cheapskate, the price won me over.
The best part of this unit is the bang you get for the buck. There are no other MP3 players out there that I could find with a 16GB capacity at anywhere close to this price.
The battery life is also good. I was able to play several hours of music on a single charge.
On video files the battery does not perform as well. On a flight from Ohio to California I was able to listen to an hour or so of audio, switched over to some video and only got about 70 minutes of video playback before the unit went dead.
Which brings me to one of the biggest problems with this unit, the LCD:
In sunlight it is impossible to see the display and since all the functions except for power/hold are touch display driven, the unit becomes essentially useless in the sun.
When watching video files I had to hold the unit at an angle in order to see the movies. If you look at it straight on the image is dark and difficult to see. I played around with it and if I hold it at a 30 degree or so angle I get the image that I SHOULD be getting by looking at the screen head on. Very strange and equally annoying.
The touch screen is difficult to use if you have anything other than small hands. I have medium sized hands and found myself frequently back tracking out of options and menus that I didn’t mean to invoke when they were un-intentionally selected by my finger. The response time is also very slow and using this unit requires a great deal of slow deliberate finger taping and patience.
Another big pet peeve of mine: The unit comes with a stylus that is obviously made for some other completely different device and there is NO place on/in this device to store that stylus. It just seems like they bought a bunch of over stock styluses from some other product and shoved them in the box.
Last but not least:
When I originally loaded my music and movies on this device I did it from my desktop computer (Windows 7 x32 beta). I went on a two week trip to California and took a couple of laptop computers with me. When I plugged this unit into the laptops neither would recognize it. It would charge from the laptops but at no point was I able to access the files on the device from either laptop (one running Windows 7 beta, one running Vista 64). I also tried plugging it into a 3rd laptop running Windows XP SP3 and still could not access the files on the device. In each case the laptop would charge the device but none of them popped up a new hardware found message and none of them would allow me to access the files on the device.
Conclusion:
I would not buy another one of these but it’s also not worth the hassle to try to get a refund for it so I’ll keep it until the price of better quality 16GB+ MP3 players come down to a reasonable (sub $100) level (I’m looking at you Sony and Apple)
Nice product, Good customer servise,
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
Real nice product, much better than iPad or other player. You can play incredible large varieties of music and video formats. No mention of price. In addition, customer service is great. without any hassle, they exchange my first player (which had a short battery life) within one week. I do recommend it to all my friends.
Good Stuff!

It reads almost every format except for .mpg files for some reason. Best video working extension is .avi files. Everything else is great on it. There is an icon that says, “calender” but no calender in it, instead its just “stop watch, and something else”. Also in games, one game is included, “tetris” I wish there is more.
In other use, this work great as an external hard drive. Its definitely worth it for the price.

After giving up hopes for an Itouch due to the high cost, i decided to search online for a similar clone. That’s when i ran into the Pro Ebiz 16gb.
AT FIRST:
i was scared since all the good reviews were outdated and the most recent ones were demeaning the product, claiming it to be useless. However the price wasn’t bad at all, so i decided to wing it. I wanted the 8gb pro ebiz with camera but by mistake i bought the 16gb ( i thought it had camera too.) Anyways it was shipped the next day so i decided to keep it and give it to my brother.
THE MUSIC PLAYER:
Arrived today in the cutest packaging ever. brand spanking new ready for my brother to tear the box apart. Once we turned it on the image was nothing like the simple version the product has on amazon. It was more savvy. Of course it also came with everything as mentioned in the website.
* Media device player (it is in fact 16gb & handled all the videos we threw at it), earphones, silicone cover, stylus, usb cord and wall adapter.
HOW IT RUNS:
first of all it is super easy for those who have used a jump drive …. it works exactly the same! You plug the device to the computer, open the folder, add music ebooks video and pictures into the folder in no particular order, un-plug, and ENJOY! The player automatically organizes them in each category.
One thing we did notice is that the touch screen didnt work in a specific area, so i calibrated the screen by going to the settings area in the player and fixed the problem. Yeah, this part sounds complicated, but go to someone who is technology savy and they’ll fix it since it’s fairly simple. Changing the background is also another simple mission in settings. Again just ask your friendly tech whiz to help you. =)
The day after i ordered my brothers i decided to wing it once more and order my first choice, the 8gb proebiz with camera. depending on how my brothers 16gb proebiz came out to be i would decide whether to keep mine or send it back. But after looking at how simple my brothers was to work with, im gladly anticipating mine! =)
THEREFORE:: it gets 4 STARS because for the first day it is awesome. i’ll know if its 5 stars due time if its durable. IT WAS AN AMAZING BUY THOUGH, we got 2 players for less than the cost of an Itouch!!
Video File Requirements
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
To be playable on this unit without conversion, .avi files must be less than 400×240 pixels and have the video and audio encoded with DivX and MP3, respectively. More information is available online at http://pro-eb.amazonwebstore.com/content/200X.htm
Super sweet for the price…

I’ll just provide a brief overview of things I wanted to know before I ordered this, and interesting things I’ve found out since I’ve started using it. It’s a fantastic value for the money.
I totally recommend it as an inexpensive personal media device. Now I always have several books to read everywhere I go, a selection of my music and data handy, and a digital photo wallet. For less than $80.
-eBook basically means it reads txt files. they have to be UNICODE txt files as well. It does not read PDF files (I didn’t expect it to, but it would’ve been great…)
-provides you with 8 bookmark locations for your “eBooks”
-music can continue to play whilst you read your “eBook”
-provides handy folder based navigation, in addition to ID3 tag based. a real plus for me
-you can use any object (like a pen) as a stylus
-it is in fact 16gb (great price)
-voice recorder has lo and hi quality modes
-plays wav files but not m4as (again, didn’t really expect it to)
-does NOT do album art
-simple explorer style drag and drop transfers (YES!)
-works great as an external HD, but I think its just USB 1.1
-the screen is a little dark for photos, but functional
-built in speaker
-included headphones are actually pretty decent. they include a volume control.
-if you plug it in w/ the ac adapter to charge, you can continue to play music etc while its charging. not so if charging from a computer.
-it has worked great on the usb hubs i’ve used. many externals/players don’t want to work off hubs. this one does (so far.)
get it!
I would recommend this Mp5 player.

I wanted an Mp3 player with a FM radio (something that my $229.00 8 GB iTouch does not have).
My Pro Ebiz came with ear buds and the pointer, a case, a Micro SD card, and a skin to protect the screen along with the USB cord and the AC/charger plug. There was no software disk with this unit, but I have really had no need for it. The Pro Ebiz is smaller than I thought it would be… but it’s a very nice multi media player.
So far, all I have done is the radio a few mp3’s and some Avi’s from You Tube. This unit has no backlight feature so some video will look dark. Overall I have been very pleased with the unit. I use Sony headphones with this player(I don’t like earbuds in my ears… sorry Ebiz). The Pro Ebiz had great sound!
Loading media from my Acer netbook (XP home edition)to my Pro Ebiz has been a drag and drop breeze and it all plays smoothly. I just wish that it had longer battery life… video play will drain this small wonder quickly. It’s a great 16GB Mp3-5 player with radio for everyday use and the price is nice too.
Just 4 stars for now….I’m saving my last star for the new 4″ or 5″ Mp3-5 players that they will sell in the future.
A Good Buy

I just received my 16gb version and I am impressed. I know there are other players out there with various capabilities and price ranges, but for the price, you can’t beat it. I am very impressed with the brightness and clarity of the screen. Moving movies and music is easy. Screen is great. Movies run smooth and clear. Drag and drop is definitely easier than my previous Zune software. Overall, I am very pleased with the look, style, and performance. Good Job Pro Ebiz! Only real “complaint” is the lack of place to attach stylus.
Cheap but good quality
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
For the price, you cannot beat it. I paid about 90 dallars including shipping 6 month ago. I am a little bit p**sed when I saw the price today. But, I guess that is ok. It has last over 6 month now and still going strong. My sister bought a ipod nano after my purchase and it has already broken. I am happy with the purchase. I might buy another one for my sister to replace her nano.
There are so many great reviews on this product. I won’t attempt to duplicate that. Only want to share a few of things that I noticed.
The device is very easy to use. But, you need to make sure the files put on it are in the compatible format. It does not play any licese protected files my sister bought on iTune. It does not play mpeg 4 file. But, it does play FLV and AVI without any problem. I don’t have any RM or RMVB files to try, so no comments on that. I also found that it won’t play flv file downloaded with realplayer. I used another website to download the youtube video and played without any issue. FLV file does have low quality though. If you want high quality video, you need to use avi.
There are only 8 desktop images to choose from. I did find a tool to modify those. But, after a couple tries, I messed up the whole thing and had to contact the seller to reload the firmware. So, I won’t do that again.
There is only one game on the device and it is a shame to call it game. My cellphone has better game than that. But, I did realize that this is not a game console. I have my PSP to do that job. Just wish it had a little better games so that I can use it in more occasions.
I will try to shoot a video review when I have time in the following days.
Incredible value
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
Received this a few days ago, and here’s my review thus far on a scale from 1-10.
Display: 9
- Superb picture quality better or on-par with top name brands. Slight glare, but manageable, and slight contrast difficulty with black. Vivid color, extremely sharp picture.
Sound: 9.5
- Superior sound quality. Custom Equalizer, but I prefer the presets. Very nice Bass with crisp, clear sound. My preferred setting is MSEQ: Bass mode. 1/2 a point because the radio signal is a little weak.
Interface: 8
- Touchscreen works well, but a little clunky at times. Layout is very user friendly. My main issue is with the directory structure. It’s a little funky how it sorts by artist, song, etc. I recommend making your own independent folders separating artist/album and just using the explorer interface (directory structure similar to window’s explorer).
Compatibility: 10
- No problems here. Just drag and drop. Plays everything I throw at it.
Ease of use: 8
- The player itself is very straight forward, touch and go. Easily drag and drop Movies and Music to the device as if it were a flash drive. It is capable of sync (tested with windows media player) but it had difficulty recognizing my device at first.
Support: 2
- The Manual is useless, so just shred it. No software, drivers, firmware included. Have not found any typical “Rockchip” addons/extras that this supports. No official website, but two points for pro-ebiz for putting a little information on their website about the product, though the firmware link is dead. Pro-ebiz also leaves contact information, but I have not had a need to use it yet.
[...]
Value: 10
Best value out there (yes I’ve looked all over). You’d be hard pressed to find a 16 gig player for under $100. Let alone a touchscreen that can handle any video/music file you throw at it.
Overall: 9
Great value with excellent picture and sound quality make this a no brainier. Just hope you never have trouble with it because the support is not there. But if you don’t care about the frills with apps and stuff, and just want a solid video/music player, this is it!
—
Update: Still working great. I did end up purchasing a longer USB cable (6′) because the 2′ cable that was included was just way too inconvenient. However, the 2′ cable makes a great travel cord
I recommend purchasing a longer USB to mini 5-pin USB cable at the same time you order. Amazon has them really cheap.

Bought this one for my sister’s birthday 2 month ago. She loves it. The touch screen is very responsive and the video is decent. For some reasons, the screen lost responsivness a couple of times. We contacted the seller and was told to calibrate the screen. We used the little plus key to navigate to the settings and clicked the M key to access the setting mode. And then used the same way to get into calirate screen. Clicked on the + repeadedly for 5 times and it amazingly came back to life. My sister was very happy when I fixed it. Feel like a hero.
All in all, this is a very decent player. I still like my 8GB one with metal casing though.
So far so good

I had purchased the Visual Land 8gb player a week prior to this one, that one stop turning on after a week of use, hope this one doesn’t do the same. But for the price which are the same this one is by far better, touch screen makes it easier than the annoying buttons on the Visual Land 8gb non touchscreen player and both support multiple formats which is convenient. This one is 3″ instead of the 2.8″ most have another bonus. The speaker is much better than the Visual Land. They both seem to use the same firmware and possibly same manufacturer but for the price this one beats most out there.
Touch screen works great, the buttons on the front are a little flimsy but non issue. This one is definitely a keeper as long as I don’t have an issue like the VL one.
Highly recommend!

This is a great Mp player and the speed of delivery was very fast. Instruction book is very poorly written, but more information is available at seller’s website. I had it up and playing within 10 minutes, and downloaded 10 CDs very quickly. Highly recommend!

I used this item from 1 month and now this item is getting a blue scream and is inoperative to read the expansion memory, only the internal drive if you look for a mp4 look elsewhere, seriously. Don’t ways your money on this.

I bought this product and for the first few days it was great. But it took me almost all day to charge the thing fully. Also, if you are going to buy one, they are delicate so try to buy from a seller who has a warranty. Don’t buy from Super Smart Electronics because the seller says there is a warranty but there really isn’t, it doesn’t cover anything only the sellers opinion of a “defect.” And he just makes up excuses to avoid having to refund you your money.

FIRST OF ALL, WHO THE F@$#$ GAVE THIS THINK FIVE STARS. THIS 16 GB MP5 (WHICH IS BULL @#$#$) IS NOTHING MORE THAN A STORAGE BOX…MINE WON’T RECOGNIZE ANY VIDEO FILES, IT’S ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO ORGANIZE THE MUSIC FILES ( THEY SCRAMBLE ALL OVER THE PLACE ), THE LCD SCREEN IS CRAP (UNLESS YOU’RE TOTALLY IN THE DARK, YOU CAN’T SEE ANYTHING), THE RADIO DOESN’T PICK UP CRAP IF YOU MOVE, AND THE BATTERY LIFE IS INSANE. ONCE YOU GET OVER ALL THAT STUFF AND YOU DON’T SMASH IT, IT’S OK. THE SOUND QUALITY IS PRETTY OK, ITS LOUD, YOU CAN PUT ALL KINDS OF FILES IN THERE TO TRANSFER, AND YEA THATS PRETTY MUCH IT….PLEASE DON’T BUY THIS.. IF YOU WANT A CHEAP GOOD MP, BUY A SANSA OR SOMETHING FROM CREATIVE…IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY GO WITH ZUNE..

This is Monica’s son: anyway so like most people that bought this music player they didnt want to try and spend a whole lot of money on an i touch or something fancy like that. I was very happy with the way it came so fast it was 2 days i think and it came in a nice box that included a usb cord, instruction manual, stylus, a little cover for the player and headphones.
The music player has a radio function, plays music , videos, a photo album, it can record your voice as well as fm radio song, and an ebook reader, oh and a built in speaker. The video quality isnt the best but its what you would expect from a cheap player like this i have no problem with the screen i can see it clearly. The speaker is good better than i thought it would be. Also i really dont know why people complain about their touchscreen not working when they touch it. Trust me its fine it doesnt bother me at all its not sensitive like the i touch but its perfectly fine.
Getting music and vids on it is really easy. It plays a lot of formats for both vids and music. Its simply a copy and paste thing really. Because i wanted to be organized with my songs i made a music folder and then put artists names in a folder in it then the song.
by the way it comes with a game as well but it really sucks but it doesnt matter because i didnt order it to play games i have my psp and other systems for that. But all in all this is a great product by Pro Ebiz LLC unfortunately i broke the screen on it not the whole screen just half its still easy to work with but im getting a new one soon. Oh and 16 gb is a lot for those out there who dont know
(P.S. also great flashdrive to keep documents it doesnt mess up player)
Value is Perception – Quality is Real
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
So far I would have to say that this player is the real deal.
First about me so you can see where I am coming from. I am notorious for analyzing my purchases to try to find the best “value” only to find that that the quality is not there. I tend to be pretty hard on my stuff so it has to stand up. I tend to focus on function over form.
When I first got this think I was surprised that it was very tiny. The image on the screen was very clear.
I bought this player for a ski trip so I was concerned about the durability. Well it survived sub-freezing weather and numerous crashes. So much for that concern. The only issue was trying to see the screen on a bright day.
I have my trip pictures on the card and they are very nicely displayed on the screen clear and crisp.
Does not only play AVI it really depends upon the codec used. Youtube seems to have the biggest issue – formatfactory – http://www.formatoz.com/ – can handle if you set the output to XVID.
I used 4GB SDHC cards without issue.
Syncs with Media Player without issue.
The instructions were very rudimentary and only by poking around on do I figure out all the capabilities/limitations of this device. I can only wonder what I am missing.
This thing may not have all the bells and whistles of the other more expensive players, but I believe that anybody but an I-Pod snob would be happy with the performance and capabilities of this player.
Amazon messed up my order but the seller responded quickly

**UPDATE 6/12/2009**
THE SELLER WAS VERY QUICK TO RESPONSE TO THIS ISSUE AND SHIPPED ME ANOTHER UNIT DIRECTLY FROM THEIR WAREHOUSE. THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT IT AND I GOT THE UNIT IN 3 DAYS.
I was refunded my money back from Amazon and the seller send me a link to their warehouse website. They created a shipping label that night and sent out the package the next day. These guys are on top of their game and good folks to deal with. They will respond even at 11-12 at night.
BEWARE!!!! SELLER SHIPPED AN EMPTY BOX, NO PLAYER IN IT.
I order this item on May 29, 2009 and I was charged for it with in 2 days. I waited almost 10 days for this to arrive ALL TO GET AN EMPTY BOX!!! It shipped via postal service, I got the box shook it and it seemed very light, I opened it and sure enough, there was nothing in it, just 2 air bubbles and a packing slip. I am so upset right now, because I was looking forward to this mp3 player, with all the great reviews it had. I called Amazon and they said since it was shipped from another seller other than Amazon, they can’t do anything about it, but they can give me a refund. The refund should process with in 2-3 days. So we will see what happens there. I hope I at least get the money back.
So BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK…YOU TOO MAY GET AN EMPTY BOX WITH NO PLAYER.
Great knock off for the technologically shy.

I bought this mp3 player for my boyfriend for Christmas. He really wanted the Ipod touch but I just could afford that nor couldn’t see shelling 300 dollars for something I wasn’t sure he could care for properly. He loves this player. Me however I don’t. I’d like to think of myself as knowledgeable in the latest electronics and I always buy the best for myself. I would have never bought this for myself. This is great for a kid you don’t mind spending 80 bucks on. Every time I plug in this player, it reverts back to Chinese and I have to keep doing the touch calibration all the time. Its ridiculous. I purchased the 16gb and it never came with a stylus, but all the reviews I read, said it came with theirs. You don’t really need it, but it helps if you have manly hands and not feminine. All in all, it really does play the songs great and I even added some of our pictures so he can take them with him. I recommend using the ear buds because the speakers sound horrible and aren’t loud enough. I really kinda wish I had never bought this and I had just forked over the money for the Ipod Touch. But for now, as a temporary player, it does its job but I wouldn’t get it for someone who is used to quality products.
Good Technology, Cheap player

PROS:decent processor chip, rockchip rk2706, plays most avi’s without having to shrink, except mpg4’s don’t work. Decent sounding with the bass fx setting on. NICE big lcd.
CONS:YOU HAVE TO CONVERT, it WILL play most files but 90% of avi’s are CHOPPY (especially new avi’s drops down to like 20fps), and waaay to dark to see. I have to reconvert to Divx codec at 850kbps and brighten 16% and looks good and gets rid of almost all the chop except when it pans out to a large scene.Operating System is basic you can’t set your own pics as background in menus, and you it only saves the last video position, you can’t record FM radio, change font or anything special, basic equalizer, and no firmware updates, and firware is buuuugggy, touch usually works, but sometimes not with fingers, stylus works good. and lastly the whole case is cheap, as well as buttons,Don’t drop ever.
Overall i am satisfied with the product. i baby all my stuff so i don’t mind that it’s a lil fragile, the silicon cover helps, for the price you get a good amount of memory, good lcd screen, and a powerful processor. but on the downside you still have to convert big avi files, and the battery life is like 2.5 hours for video, which sucks. Also the ICONS suck. google rk2706 firmware, i changed all my icons and put my own pics for background, looks way better, (OH YEAH almost forgot, the video button bar was pinkish red, more pink then red, until i hacked it, now its black, it was weird cause the music player button strip looks good and its a translucent black, but the video bar wasn’t)
Constant Problems With File Format Errors Make This Useless
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
This product has been a terrible disappointment. NONE of the avi files, and few of the flv files I have loaded onto the device will play. The unit keeps telling me that there is a “file format error” and yet these very same files will play on every other media player I own. These files are NOT corrupt and yet this device will not play them!
Frankly, the flv playback capability is virtually useless. For some reason, this unit will only play flv files that have been downloaded by one specific program that I own. If I use any other program to download an flv file, the files will not play (again due to a supposed “file format error”). Once again, these same flv files will play just fine using every other flv player I own – but not on this device!
In short, I was taken in by the low price. Read the other reviews and you’ll see that many other purchasers have this same problem with endless file format errors.
Buyer beware! Save your money and look elsewhere.

Bought and kept the player only for the price for a 16gb. The storage for the price is very good.Everything else is lacking on the player. The function button are cheaply made. I can’t never start on the first slide of the button. Always on 3rd time or as much as 7 slides. The battery bar never changes color or indicated were battery is at or how low/high. My player dies in middle of play..NO Battery left. Lose screen whenever I go to TOUCH CALIBRATION..ALWAYS have to use pin to RESTART to get out. Player does not remember where end player from last session. Will always start at begining. Playing bar does not indicate artist only song name. Lets just say Quilty is not this player. It also comes on a SLOW ship from China. Expect to wait. Customer Service is quick and friendly.
Awful!!!

I received this player 10 days ago, (I have a Sansa View, wonderful), but I wanted something with a bigger screen for photos and videos. From the moment I held it I knew it was bad. Cheaply made, the on-off button stuck on the hold position was rattling loose, making a funny noise, screen poorly lit and the instruction manual written in second grade english. I cannot even give it as a gift, I would be too embarrased. I see the product has been made in China for the company that sells it.
An Excellent Buy!!!!

I am very pleased with this mp3 player so far. The shipping was super fast. Only 2 days!! It’s easy to use…touch response is fast enough…crisp sound and picture…adequate memory…love the volume control on the earphones…the only thing I don’t like is that the stylus does not store inside the media player making it way too easy to lose but otherwise for the price it is definitely worth it!!!
this thing is pretty awesome for the price

I bought it over a month ago the picture is great and the audio is clears. The battery has lasted through 2 movies before dying good for air line flights very handy. I have dropped it a couple times( really hard) It still works the same. The only complaint I have is the screen is very sensitive to touch so when you are playing a movie or music loke it so the lower play menu does not appear. I am in the process of buying 2 more(no lie) its worh th3 then 60 bucks
Great buy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome player for the price!

I purchased this player because I wanted a small mp3 player with a touch screen. This is a very simple but efficient device. It is very easy to add music & videos. I haven’t had to convert a file yet. The other features are nice extras (radio). The touch screen is very responsive, unlike other $300 players out there.
Just Okay for mp3/mp4.

I bought it mainly to watch some of AVI movies I have, well it is useless for that propose, sound doesn’t match the video frames, and after a while it starts jumping frames .. I have tried 8 different AVI clips and they all have the same problem.
MP3/MP4 player is not bad, but limited in features
It hangs once in a while
user manual is useless..
battery life is bad.. 2 1/2 hrs max..
very cheap quality, I can’t remove my memory card….
I wish I could return it..
Worked for a few days
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
Well, I can’t help but to give this product a very low rating. It seemed fine for the first few days. All the functions seemed to work properly. the only downfall I noticed was the quality of sound, not from the device speakers, but connected to computer speakers. It was a tingy sound. I thought, well I can deal with it for the price and the other features…just get more speaker….
After a few days the device developed a mind of it’s own. the touch screen wouldn’t recognize prompts from the pen or my finger and kept going to some random folders.
This made it impossible to use. I sent it back and was refunded w/o questions. Perhaps it was just a lemon but I am looking at other models ni stores that I can buy and try the same day. it’s too bad this doesn’t work well. For the money this wouldn’t have been an AWESOME buy….

I bought two of the 8GB version from this company a while ago for my friend and younger brother. They liked them so much that I decided to get one for myself. I had it for about 2 month now. It is working absolutely great. I found that this device is a lot better than the 8GB version. I can download a youTube video and play on that. How cool is that? I first tried RealPlayer that has the function to grab video clips on the web. But that does not work. Tech support said realpayer adds something code to it. I am not sure but their recommended tool downloaded and played well. So, I am good to go on that one. The video is really clear. Battery life is not super good. I can get it to play for about 10 hours of music. I have not watched a long video on it to test how long it will last for video yet. I will add later if I ever get to that point. The USB cable is kind of short. But, it is standard size. So, I could use the one from my cannon camera. The transfer speed gets better too. I think they need to include a better USB cable. Earphone is ok. The game sucks. But, I have PSP. Not a big problem. Music playing is very good. No complains there at all. My mp3 files don’t have very good ID3 information for the device to organize automatically. I googled it and it seems to be pretty complicated. Give up on that. No big deal though. If you want to see the lyrics, buy a Karaoke machine.

Six Months + Later:
This player is still going. I have had a few recurring problems such as the player freezing, even when fully charged or the display showing Chinese characters. Usually, restarting the player takes care of these. However there is one issue that could not be solved so easily. Is it possible for this player to be hacked? There were several times when I watched as the player selected the artist, the song, the play mode, ALL BY ITSELF! Creepy….
I have officially destroyed the buds. I have a history of roughing up my head plugs, so that doesn’t surprise me much. The protective case can barely fit onto the player anymore and as such I’ve lost the stylus. However, I found a pen point or pencil point works just as well.
__________________________________________________________________________
The player is a lithe little thing; it shocked me when I took it out of the box. However, I must input at this point, while the box design was great, the actual thing looked shoddy and crumpled. That might have been due to rough handling during shipping. While not having an ostentatious exterior, the screen’s graphics are solid, very beautiful. I got a kick out of watching the sample vids.
Mp3 wise, it was easy to sync this baby up with my media player. Only issue I had here was that the songs in the ‘general music section’ are ordered by artist then song, even tho the player has an ‘artist’ section. The radio feature was also solid. As long as you have your headset plugged in it will pick up FM Band, no prob. The headsets themselves are nice and it comes with its own volume control.
Gen. Problems:
- A day after I got this thing, it started freezing up on me. However, I pinpointed the cause as low battery power. So, I highly recommend that you don’t fiddle around with it too much if the power is low.
- As a previous reviewer mentioned, there is no place to store the stylus. I ended up just sticking it in the back of the protecting case. However, fortunately, there’s hardly any need for the stylus, except when calibrating the player.
-The player freezes as soon as I touch the gaming section. There’s some random game there that is just not interesting enough for me to risk this occurring repeatedly.
-When the headset is dragged out mid-tune, the speaker automatically kicks in and that maybe annoying if you’re in a library or such. Therefore, you have to have it in your head to pause the song before pulling out the buds. Though, on the upside, it is highly unlikely for the plug to be yanked out accidentally. Trust me, I know, it happened to me. The cord hooked on the back of chair and instead of it disconnecting from the player, it nearly took ME and the darn thing with it. No that’s tough workmanship.
-I really hate protective case: shoddy workmanship.
-Manual reads like it was written by a five year old. Come on, I realize this maybe a foreign product, but if you’re going to market it in an English speaking country, at least spend decent cash on writing up a manual in proper, legible English.
Upsides/Rebuttals/etc.. [Apart from previously mentioned]:
-Comes with a wall charger, a great thing when you don’t have a pc or plugged in laptop around.
-It really IS 16GB!
-No CDs and endless installations. Hallelujah. Just plug it in and sync.
-If the thing broke, it’s probably because you were bludgeoning it with your fingers. Recommendation, just use the tip of your finger or your fingernails.
-Damn, delivery was quick. I ordered it on a Friday and by the Monday following it was waiting for me. I thought it was a mix-up!
To wrap up my review, I must mention that this is the third mp3 player I’ve owned. Prior to this one, I’ve had an iPOd and a Sandisk Sansa. Out of the three, I’d probably give the strongest rating to the Sandisk product. I would have stuck with the Sandisk line, but I saw this product and I felt like giving it a chance. It didn’t prove to be a spectacular product, but it is a decent player. If you’re not into buying expensive name brands like Apple, then I definitely would not say no to you buying this.

Great player for the money! So glad I didn’t waste my money on more expensive ones. This one does everything I needed and wanted it to do. I’ve gotten lots of compliments on it and am very satisfied with it!
Pretty nice mp4 player
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I have owned this mp4 player for about a week now and I have put all my favorite songs, videos into this player. So far everything is pretty well.
The video format I’ve been using are avi(xvid), rm, rmvb and flv. They all work well. The screen is big enough that I can even read the subtitle. (I like to show the subtitle cause it’s very useful when the surrounding environment is noisy) The only thing that I want to complain about is the screen being too dark (I set the lighting to the highest level)
The music sounds pretty good and I actually like the music folders that I can store different types of music in. I didn’t try the radio cause I don’t listen to it often. The stopwatch and game don’t work. They tend to freeze the player and I have to turn the player off and turn it on again.
It’s a pretty good size and the tiny stylus pen is cute. I bought a mp3 case to store my player, earphones and stylus pen in it so I don’t have to worry about losing it.
Overall I really recommand this player because all the features and the price. It’s a good buy.
Great for everyday casual use

I have only loaded music onto my player so far, but it was quick and simple. I haven’t gotten a chance to try to load video or ebooks yet. My only frustration so far is it doen’t bookmark where your music left off when you turn the player off. So if you don’t want to start with the same song every time you will have to manually pick your starting song. It does reshuffle everytime you turn it on so I always have a good variety of songs. Shipping was super fast, but I did have to pick it up at the post office. So if you are ordering for a Christmas gift order early or stand in line! Battery life is good, download is fast, screen is huge and easy to read. There is no place to store the stylus that comes with it so I just use my finger.

Worth it for the price

I was more than a little skeptical about buying this, to be honest–I had never even heard of the seller, and there some pretty bad reviews. But, my cheap side won out, and I bought it anyway…which turned out to be a very good thing.
I ordered it on Friday and it arrived the middle of the next week, packaged in a cute desgined little box. Everything was included with the player: USB cord, a funnily translated manual, cheap headphones, charger, stylus, and protector.
I let it charge for about 5 hours, just in case. Syncing my music to it was really simple using Windows Media Player; for movies, I just dragged them to the player’s icon. However, sometimes the videos won’t work on the player for some unexplicable reason. The company does send you a link for a converter, though.
Another thing that’s odd about this player is that you can’t make playlists on the player, save for the “My Favorites” list–which I think has a limit as to how many songs it will hold. (Also tried making playlists on WMP and syncing it, but still didn’t work…)
I was really surprised at how small and light it was, too! The screen, however, works perfectly and is really bright and clear.
Final verdict: good value for the money
Not A Good Product.

I was trying to be cheap. I didn’t want to pay for the I-Pod Nano. Well, you get what you pay for. I don’t recommend this product. Pay the extra money and get the I-pod. By the way, IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!!
so far so good! (knock on wood LOL)!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I purchased my 16gb player a week and a half ago and as i titled, so far so good! (knock on wood LOL)! as of all electronics i think that a person could be extra careful with it. It’s not invincible and I’m not too careful of a lot of things but when i got this neat little gadget i, like most people with most things had taken a chance and so far am impressed with it! i haven’t tried to download any video files yet but as far as conversions go i don’t think i really mind that all too much! the files that came with it were very clear and great sound quality but the sound and the talking in one of them weren’t in sync! that’s fine with me though! I’m sure that all video files won’t be as bad and what can you expect from something that didn’t cost so much and with soo many features?! though a computer is much bigger with much more space, you shouldn’t ask too much of it either cuz it can still crap out on you! I don’t know though…i don’t get too technical with anything. I know what i like and i spent the money for it and i will live with what i have but i will certainly get back to you in a month if i feel that anything has changed!!!
Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great Value, Great Product

I bought this player to play TV shows during my workout at the health club and it has worked well beyond my expectations. It is easy to use with its simple file system. All you have to do is write Video and music files to it’s usb drive and it does the rest. The 400 by 240 screen format is non-standard so it takes a little tweaking to get videos to play full screen. I use Windows Media Center to record my shows and app service MCEBuddy to convert them to wmv format. With MCEBuddy it does it all automatically. All I have to do is plug in my player and it converts and loads my player overnight. I am very satisfied with the product for the price. I am sick of fighting Itunes and needed the larger screen to see the video. I like the ease and simplicity of this product.

I bought this player and used it 4 times. the last time I used it the screen turned to half black. I tried to contact the seller but he never answered me, and as it came from China, so I don`t even know how to return it. sometimes it is better to pay more but buy something with a “name”. Don`t waste your time ! don`t buy it !!!!!!!
Not what it seems.
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
Just to warn potential buyers, this “16gb” media player is NOT what it seems. After placing my order I recieved an email from the seller stating the player was in fact only a 4gb player. He implied I should have noticed this in the comments, although nowhere in the ad text does it mention 4gb. I cancelled my order and was given a refund. I advised the seller to change the ad text as it is very misleading, yet it has NOT been changed. In this case it appears he is passing this off as a product with the model name “New 16gb TFT”, although the onboard memory is only 4gb.
Buyer beware. What’s too good to be true, often is not.
Garbage

I am very disappointed in the player. Do not buy it, it is nothing but junk. The touchscreen is unresponsive. It get “confused” and you have to use the reset button. The last thing it did to me was not even respond when I selected music . There was no way I could listen to anything. Save your money and buy something better! I contacted the company using my personal email to which they responded. Then all of suddent they start using my Amazon email so that the return time had expired. I am very displeased and honestly think that they should remove this item from Amazon. It is junk!
Serious quality control issues
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
Well, mine was a dud. The touchscreen would not accept any input. Several resets did not clear the problem, I will be sending it back for a refund. After browsing through other customer reviews it appears PE, or Pro Ebiz, or Teptronics (another confusing issue: why would a company spread its attempt at branding over so many different names?), has some serious quality control issues. The people that like it apparently got one that actually works, others, like me, got one that just doesn’t. The manual is pathetically inadequate even assuming you can get through the, *ahem*, jabberwockian translation. Order at your own risk, judging from the reviews you can flip a coin on getting one that works. Too bad, it looked like it had potential.
Fits All My Needs
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I purchased this in April, 2009 to replace my 8gb player. So far so good. I’ve had absolutely no problems with it. I saw other reviews complain about the sound but I don’t see anything wrong with it. I lost the stylus pen so I use my fingers and the touch pad responds quickly. I can lock it so I don’t accidently touch anything when not in use. I use it on the train to and from work to listen to music which amounts to 3 hours a day. The battery life for is 10-12 hours (usually around 11) but it does differ.
In all I’m very happy with it. Its a great player at a cheap price. I wouldn’t mind buying other electronics from this company.
Great Deal

This is a great product for the price it is very light weight and works on basicly every song i have put on it. If you were looking to buy a cheap but dependable mp3 this is the one.
Looks great and works better than iRiver

Rating:5 out of 5 stars
My parent bought this for my brother during Chrismas. My brother also has a ipod, therefore, this one is often in my pocession. I like it a lot. The video quality is top of the line. The sound is very good. Earphone is a little bit lacking. But, I have my sony ear buds which i totally love.
This device works better than the iRiver I had before. It is very easy to use. The only problem is that it does not work with iTune so my brothers large music collection in iTune is basically useless. That is another reason why I can use it all the time.
Overall, it think it is a good product. I dropped it on the floor twice. The screen seems pretty thin. I was so afraid that it would break when I dropped it and my brother would kill me for that. But it didn’t. I guess that is a good sign.

What do you get an 18 year old besides hunting things. Well here it is this is neat I play or try out everything I get to make sure it works and I charge battery’s so it can be used right away. My son loves it. I was shopping for a case to put this touch screen in and I asked the young man in the electronics department if he thought this case would fit an MP5 player, the young man looked at me and started to giggle, he then said Mrs. there is no such thing as an MP5 player… Needless to say I took my business elsewhere but my son loves it in every way he has it attached to him like his cell phone. It makes you feel great when you know you have not lost the touch with your kids.

Battery life for video: 90 minutes
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
—-I did not buy this from Pro Eb—
The battery life, when fully charged is about 90 minutes tops on my device, which means I can’t watch a movie all the way thru. So, it’s not really portable. Portability is the point afterall.
I also have a 4 gb Meizu player which I use a lot. It is reliable and a much better buy, but the screen is smaller. Price is comparable.
I took a chance on this cheaper device and lost. I really wanted this device to work as stated because the screen is relatively big and clear, though a little dark. I bought this from myoutlet21 which has a narrow return policy. Pro Ebiz is much better.
Almost 5star, considering the $$

I just bought this 16gb player thru Amazon.com for my 15yr-old son for Xmas. Amazon’s shipping is super fast too. But I opened it as soon as I recieved it because the package seemed too small. I believe it is indeed smaller than the iPod Touch, so cases, covers, carriers, and pouches may be hard to come by, but you do get a freebie silicon cover in the box. I have only tested it a bit because I have to do it when no one is around but so far..it is hype! It is very lightweight and easy to handle. The Touchscreen is responsive enough, and easliy moves thru the menus with just a finger touch (smaller fingers work best). The Graphics are very crisp and vibrant. The Video is excellent, considering that I’m comparing it to my 30gb 5th Gen Video iPod. It was way TOO easy to add FLV files and MP3s to the player. The sound is good too, and I like the fact that it does have a little speaker on the back, so you don’t need the headphones to let friends share what you’re viewing or listening to. I haven’t used the headphones that came with it yet, so I can’t comment on those. But I did run into a couple of snags: 1) I can’t seem to get the FM Radio to tune into any stations (I’m not to disturbed with that however; I can’t even get FM on my home stereo reciever if the Antenna isn’t hung right); 2) the games function won’t work for me (but I’m looking up some info on that now to see if it’s just “user error”); 3) the Manual that came with it is poorly written, and almost frustrating. But all in all, so far, the player itself is worth every penny (even without games or Radio) just because it holds 16gb worth of entertainment. I think my son will be very pleased.I recommend this little player highly. And so, Pro-EBiz gets an “A” for product, price, and timely shipping.
New 16gb MP5 Player
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I received my player about two weeks ago and haven’t had any problems. For the price, I think this product is great! This is my seventh MP3 type player and I found it just as easy to use as the others. It’s very comparable to my Creative Zen with the following exceptions: 1) It has a touch screen, 2) It has it’s own speaker, and 3)It has a wider screen. For the next model, a slot for a SD card instead of the micro SD slot should be considered.
almost perfect

When i first saw this product, i was impatient to receive it. But the shipping is very exceptable. My first impression of the Pro Ebiz was it was small for everything it can do. But compared to the insignia that i had it is twice as big. The Pro Ebiz downloads Mp3, and Avi very easy. Mp4, and Mp5 has complications if you don’t have the right programs to comvert it first. Mp3, and Avi, pretty much just drags right to device. Please, you might want to avoid the manual. It’s like reading an old excyclipedia from 1877.
The graphics for the Pro Ebiz are fabious. So good you would wish you can take your pictures and use it for a screen saver. But the technology is not that advanced on this device. The only down side is the playtime is not long at all. Unless it is running from wall charger, you will only have five hours of play. So when you have over twelve movies on this device don’t expect to watch all twelve in one day without charger.
All in all, i still would not give my Pro Ebiz.
Great buy
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
It is not an iPod, it’s an mp3 player, that can show pictures and play some videos. And just as well for a fraction of the price.
I’ve bought it just to play a lot of my CDs (converted to mp3) and carry a few pictures to show around. A lot of music gets inside, sound is extremely good -superb- with a good set of earphones, the built in speaker is not that bad (not great, but is not meant to be great, is a built in), and it classifies the music by artist and album, as long as the mp3 tags are right (use [...] – here use the Amazon database). FM radio is very good too, and you may argue that the front buttons are not iPod grade, but they are good enough for their purpose.
Pros:
-Great sound
-Large 3″ screen, crisp and bright
-Touch screen controls
-Can show the pictures while playing the music
-I store the albums with a folder per album, and the internal data base updates its contents and allows to access them by album, artist, or genre.
-Has a recorder, but did not use it yet.
Cons:
-The build is not bad but it is not terrific. All in all looks good, and as long as you don’t beat it mercilessly, does not look like is going to break or anything.
-The software might get a bit confusing when doing lots of things at the same time, but is OK for the basic functions of playing music, showing videos or pictures.
-Also, to do shuffle, sequential or repeat play you need to go through a couple of screens, it is not a straight forward button in the play screen, and in truth it should be easier than that. Also, the accessories are a stopwatch and a game, and I wish it had a calculator.
-The manual is written in some sort of English dialect unknown to me, but with a bit of experimentation and imagination, you can get through it. Likewise, the software translations to other languages could be better: i.e. the tag that says “Playing” in English is translated in Spanish as “Jugando”, which means playing with toys, rather than the song being played.
-The manual should explain some basic things, i.e. that if you plug it to the USB of the PC, and then click on “safely remove the hardware”, you can charge the battery through the PC
Would I buy it again?: Yes, I plan to, for the kids.
Am I happy with the product?: Absolutely!
Value for price?: Terrific, I don’t see why pay more than 150$ for the same memory with another tag.
Absolutely Good

It has been a while since I had this one. I recently bought an iPhone and thought I would retire this one. But, I found that this one has many advantages over iPhone. Of course, from functionality stand point, this is not even comparable with iPhone, but i guess it was not intended to be anyway.
The fact that it does not require any special software to load music and videos are already appealing. The touch screen is nothing fancy by works well.
Once in a while, I will have to re-calibrate the screen to keep it responsible. It is easy to do that.
I don’t use radio and ebook at all, but do load a lot of photos on it. I found that it is better to rescale the photos to smaller size. Otherwise it will take long time to browse through.
I found myself using both this device and iPhone at the same time for different purposes.
I did not retire it after all.
Pretty Good

This mp5 player works wonderful and the sound and video quality is very well. It comes with a grip for it, a stylus, charger, USB. A lot of people don’t know this but it is a double touch screen, you have to touch the screen twice. Also the way you make your own playlist is you make a new file when you plug it into the computer and then put all the music you want in that file and in the mp5 player you press the explore button and go on the file you made and play one of the songs you should have all songs played you have in the file. I was so impressed by the it so I bought another one and gave the old one to by bro. It’s a really great product.
