One of the best ipod Purchases I’ve Ever Made!

I’ve had this speaker for about a year and use it constantly. The ipod shuffle is probably the most convenient ipod and the one I use most often. The speaker allows me to carry the ipod around in my purse and in the car without annoyance and easily listen to podcasts or whatever I choose to listen to. It is very handy to charge and will charge my ipod while playing. A wonderful purchanse and I think the sound is great.

Not worth the money

It’s a nifty little item and I like that they can be plugged in simultaneously for charging. However I expected it to have better sound for the price I paid. It sounds very, very tinny, w/ no bass at all. That would be expected if I’d paid $20 or so, but not for over $50. I would not recommend it.

I bought this product for my younger brother who suffers from multiple medical problems including autism. He is always asking for music, which use to mean changing a cd every 45 minutes. This product along with the Ipod shuffle is great for both my brother and my parents well-being. The sound is very clear and can go pretty loud. I highly recommend it.

This speaker provides amazing sound for the little shuffle. I may never need to use my other ipods again. You can take it anywhere and the charge lasts even longer than the 15 hours. Great to charge both speaker and shuffle at the same time. I highly recommend this little speaker with huge sound

Besides its lightweight it is compact with excellent sound and clarity the battery charge life is excellent since I bought it over a month ago I only had to charge twice. I highly recommend the speaker.

For such a small speaker I was expecting a more brassy sound. Although the bass is weak, the overall sound quality and clarity is excellent. The tonal quality is also impressive. I love the hook feature making it easy to take on any trip or adventure. I purchased my speaker dock to listen to music while bike riding, the hook clip allows me to connect it to my handlebars while road riding or to my camelback while mountain biking.

There are less expensive units on the market but this item is well worth the money!!!

I've been really impressed with this thing. For the size (hand-sized), this thing is rather LOUD . . . much louder than you would expect from such a small package. Yes, it doesn't have much low-end (bass), but I don't think you could expect much earth-shaking bass from something about the size of a deck of cards.

This thing is perfect for taking out in a boat, to the beach, or camping.

Charges with a common USB cord; batter is internal and lasts a looooooong time.

The strap is kind of lame, but you could replace it with something else.

I've used cheaper products ($20-$30) for the ipod with disposable batteries in the past....It's a pain to deal with a cord and separate speakers (and batteries) when playing outside...I think this is worth the extra dough.

Purchased the TravelSound i50 for my brother with Cerebral Palsy…rather than have him driving his wheelchair around with earbuds, he can simply hook the TravelSound i50 onto himself and still enjoy his iPod…volume control is easy for him to manage with his limited use fingers.

Surprisingly for such a small device the sound quality was rather impressive.

Can't believe how much I use it.

I thought this speaker was totally overpriced, and it definitely can't fill a room with sound.

That said, as a personal speaker I use it in the kitchen when I cook and at my desk at work. It's perfect when you want to enjoy music and not disturb others. My roommate can't hear it in her room, and my boss can't hear it in his office, yet the sound is perfect in whatever area I'm working in, and it's really nice not to have headphones in.

I still think the price is a little high, but I am *totally* glad I bought it!
