iPod 8 GB touch – Presently Surprised

1. thought I was buying iPod 8 GB touch 3rd generation, but after looking at pictures and downloading the battery app that said my unit was 2nd gen, its looks like they have sent me the 2nd gen (I know 8gb is rebranded 2nd gen) but the case looks like the 2nd gen, with an oval cover on the back rather than the square one, if this is not the case somebody let me know in a comment, naughthy amazon.  Read more...
